Janelle was once an Events Manager for major corporations, such as L’Orèal, Nickelodeon and MVRC. She has also been the General Manager for 13 different businesses (all at the same time!). She had an awakening in 2013 and realized the corporate world was no longer for her & that’s when she started studying Kinesiology and following a healers path. Over the next 12 months of studying, she continued to work in the events space while strategically building her Kinesiology business. By the time she had completed her studies she had 50+ clients, all word of mouth! Working from the spare room in her apartment, word of her healing skill quickly spread and soon she was too busy to continue working in events. She took the leap of faith and left the corporate world, making healing her sole income. As her client base increased, it was time to find space away from her home to work from. She rented a room in a communal building and after only one year, her waitlist was months long. Janelle was faced with two options; expand or stay small. Thankfully she listened to her intuition and chose to expand. She had been mentoring an up and coming Kinesiologist and decided to hire him, alternating working days in the little treatment room. After 12 months, again, it was time to grow and she moved out of the room into a healing space with 4 treatment rooms and a workshop space. She also hired another 8 healers during this time. Fast forward 3 years and it was again time to expand, moving into the current home of Element with 5 treatment rooms and a large workshop space.

Janelle uses the analogy of being like a little hermit crab that grows and moves into a bigger shell every time she intuitively feels it’s time to.  She is so thankful that she has had the courage to listen to her intuition and follow through on it.
