My Story

Like many healers I have lived a colourful life, full of challenging lessons and lots of growth. I have experienced grief, abuse, bullying, a party lifestyle, corporate stress, a big ol’ ego, a spiritual awakening and personal empowerment. My years of “doing the work” resulting in lots of personal growth have made me a truly empathetic healer. 

 

The trajectory of my life took a drastic turn when I decided that the world of Corporate Events was filling the wrong cup, my ego was loving it but my heart yearned for something else. One day as I was sitting at my desk it came to me “I’m going to study Kinesiology”. What an unusual thought! I had seen a Kinesiologist before, but not for many years and definitely never thought of becoming one. The universe was speaking very loudly and thankfully, I listened! I quickly enrolled to study Kinesiology and in 2015 I successfully completed my study. 

 

My transition from corporate high-flyer to healer happened very quickly, and with ease. Before too long I was working as a full time healer in my own practice, which I called Element Wellness and Healing. My client base grew quickly and before long I had a three-month waitlist. To help manage the influx of clients, I decided to mentor a fresh Kinesiologist and have them work for me. The clinic continued to grow rapidly into a big beautiful space and eventually 9 healers of all different modalities working under the Element roof. 

 

Fast forward to today and you will find me living the most wonderful life, in the forest with my husband and young son. Element has grown again and is in an even more beautiful space. The community I have built are the best humans! I have wonderful loyal clients. I am continuing to mentor healers, guiding them to share their light. Most importantly I am doing what I am here to do; heal, awaken and empower people.
